  • Your inspection can be booked whenever suits you best! It could be the day you receive your keys, all the way up to two years after your completion date. We recommend booking before you have physically moved in, simply to allow the developer time to rectify the issues beforehand, reducing the disruption to you.

  • We offer morning and afternoon visits. All available dates and times are shown on our calendar booking system.

  • All of our prices can be found on our 'Pricing' page.

  • This will vary depending on the size of your new home. However we expect to be with you for a few hours.

  • We will produce your comprehensive report up to 48hours after our visit.

  • For now, we are staying local and will be offering our services within Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.

  • There are restrictions to the flight path of drones throughout the UK. If you have selected to include this in your inspection, we will contact you to confirm we can complete this before your inspection date.

  • A Pre-Completion Inspection (PCI) is done before you complete on your new home and follows a fixed checklist set by the NHQB. It’s a visual check only and doesn’t include tools or drones. A Post-Completion Inspection is more detailed and takes place after you’ve got your keys, allowing us to use specialist equipment to check everything thoroughly—including the roof. If you're unsure which is right for you, there's more detail on our Services page.

  • On average, it’s not unusual to find around 100 snags in a new build—sometimes more, sometimes less. These can include anything from paint touch-ups and scuffed finishes to more technical issues like poor sealant work or alignment problems. Most are minor, but they all add up. My role is to check everything thoroughly so you can move in with peace of mind, knowing your home meets the right standards.
