Pre-Completion Inspection
A Pre-Completion Inspection is carried out before you legally complete and get the keys to your new home. It follows a set checklist designed by the NHQB, meaning it’s a visual-only inspection and doesn't allow for specialist tools or drone use. It's perfect for highlighting obvious issues early on, giving your builder time to put things right before you move in. You’ll just need to liaise with your builder to confirm access ahead of the inspection.

Post-Completion Inspection
Our most detailed inspection, completed after you've got the keys. This gives us access to carry out a full, thorough check of your home using specialist tools and equipment—including drones for roof inspections where needed. It’s ideal for spotting both cosmetic and technical snags and helps you make the most of your builder’s warranty period.
